I always talk to Uber drivers. I wanted to start a blog for the sole purpose of telling their stories to the world. Immigrants, fathers, mothers, athletes, actors, etc. I once had a driver in Chicago who was from Myanmar. He was the first person to tell me about Rohingya. He worked under Barack Obama and was canned after calling him a hypocrite (something I actually went home and corroborated with Google). Your statistic about drivers in Chicago was funny; that man was the only driver I had twice in my two years of living there.

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, growing up in a warehouse in Anchorage's industrial district. Now I live in airports and stand in front of cameras.
